The PowerVault 715N is a rack optimized storage server that delivers 160GB of ready storage. The operating system and cache files are stored on a dedicated set of mirrored 4GB partitions to increase the availability of the system should there be any data corruption on the primary boot drive. The PowerVault 715N includes 1 PCI slot that allows you to add adapter cards such as a SCSI controller for tape backup. And you can manually configure third-party software products from VERITAS® and Computer Associates® for integration into your existing network backup schemes
